Terms and conditions
Rates and access numbers may change at any time. All calls charged on a
minute-by-minute basis. Rates apply 24 hours, 7 days a week, are in $NZD and
include GST. Any outstanding balance on the card/e-card will expire on the date
shown on the card/e-card if unused, or 12 months after the card/e-card is last
used or recharged. Credit balances are not refundable and cards will not be
replaced unless faulty. Telecom business and residential Call Savings Plans,
capped calling rates and price specials do not apply to calls made using Yabba.
Calls from Telecom New Zealand payphones attract an extra $0.20
per minute Yabba charge. Calls from mobiles attract an extra $0.40
per minute Yabba charge when using the New Zealand access number (This surcharge is not applicable for Telecom mobiles when calling overseas from New Zealand). Yabba is not
liable for any charges imposed on calls made to access Yabba Services such as
charges imposed by hotels, motels, mobile carriers, mobile roaming or payphones.
0900, 0800, 018, 0161, 059 calls and international equivalents cannot be made
with Yabba. 24hr Customer Services call 0800 4 YABBA (0800 492
222) within NZ, or press 0 in the calling card option menu. Do not insert Yabba
into payphones.
